The Legacy Convection Range uses exclusive technology that sets it apart from the average gas grill including thermal imaging technology that allows the grill to accurately monitor temperatures radiating from surfaces. By monitoring these temperatures, the Legacy can be very precise in showing variances on the grilling surface so that food can cook evenly at all times.
The grill features a built-in temperature probe, the Legacy Grill TechT, that essentially does the cooking for you. Simply set the temperature, insert the probe into the center of the meat and listen for the beep signaling when the food is done. This feature allows you to leave the grill unattended, eliminating the worry of overcooking your food.
The Legacy Convection Grill also has exclusive Even-FlowT convection plate technology that keeps temperatures steady across the entire grilling surface. This feature eliminates hot and cold spots on the grill and surrounds the food with intense, even heat.
In addition to the monitoring system and the convection technology, the grill comes with features designed to turn the average griller into an innovative and imaginative chef. An adjustable burner system, the Legacy HeatXChangeT, allows you to choose between searing, grilling and roasting by simply adjusting the patented movable burner with a shift lever. This technology allows for an easy transition between 1000-degree searing temperatures-great for sealing in the juices in meat-and temperatures low and steady enough to bake a cake.
The Legacy Convection Grill comes in a 24-inch and 36-inch model. Both are available on a stainless steel cabinet or for installation in one of Fire Stone's custom islands.
