Hi Joey,

After moving to Florida almost two years ago, I designed a summer kitchen for our lanai area. After much research, I decided on a Legacy 36" Cook Number Grill. This grill not only looks great, but it has far exceeded my expectations. My very first experience with it was interesting-I watched those lights like a hawk as the steaks were cooking, just waiting for that first one to come on! 

Sounds corny, but it was exciting to see each one illuminate as the probe heated up in the center of the thick T-bone. When the selected "Medium" temperature was reached, the last light came on,  the beeps began-and the steaks were done-absolutely perfectly. No cutting into the meat to check for doneness or experimenting. Since then I've been  thrilled with it's performance, and of course I now know I can leave the Cook Number Grill to do it's job-I know for certain the system will work every time and let me know when the meat is done exactly how we want it. One knob to use for the burners-then just select your number (ours is "5" for medium) and insert the probe. And the convection heating design ensures that wherever the meat is on the grill, it will be done consistently since the heat is so evenly distributed.

To me this is the perfect grill, and just as important is the outstanding customer support I've received. Whenever I've had a question, you've been there with a prompt answer. And when I accidently misplaced the probe once (and it got thrown away!), you got a replacement to us ASAP. I couldn't be happier with your outstanding product and would recommend it to anyone looking for the best, easiest, and most consistent grilling experience.

Hello,

I can not say enough good things about how well my Cook Number grill cooks...steams...grills...ect. Cleanup is easy and maintenance..well I guess there is none..We have friends that have Webers, Ducanes and the like. I even have had the opportunity to use a DCS. At about four thousand dollars, I could buy 4 legacys. Though, anything with US stainless seems to cost that much. Its a shame that most companies have to go overseas to meet a price point.

We thank you so much for overnighting the probe for the grill to us here in Florida. My Mom and Sister visited us for the first time since moving into our new house, and it was so important to me to have their steaks done "just right". And they were! We love the Legacy Grill and I just wanted you to know how much we appreciate what you did. It was a special day and you helped make it that way.
